Community Resources Information, Inc. (CRI) was incorporated as a not-for-profit, tax-exempt 501 c (3) charitable organization in the state of Massachusetts on October 2, 2000. The President of CRI is John C. Buckner, Ph.D. and the Director of Web Site Operations is Jocelyne Bauduy.

John C. Buckner, Ph.D. Dr. Buckner is the founder, Board Chair, and President of Community Resources Information, Inc. He is a clinical/community psychologist who has worked in the area of homelessness and poverty since 1989 first at the National Institute of Mental Health in the federal government (1989-91), then as Director of Research at the National Center on Family Homelessness (The Better Homes Fund) in Newton, MA (1991-1998), and currently at Children’s Hospital in Boston (1999-present). Dr. Buckner has authored or co-authored over 30 articles pertaining to homelessness and poverty in various academic journals.
Jocelyne Bauduy. Ms. Bauduy is the Director of Web Site Operations for CRI and is in charge of developing the content for the www.MassResources.org and www.WorcesterResources.org web sites. Ms. Bauduy has extensive research experience in the housing and social services delivery system through her involvement as a field supervisor in previous research in the areas of child abuse and family homelessness. Ms. Bauduy has completed graduate work in anthropology and has considerable experience in field research methods, including survey design, interviews, and other qualitative research methods. She speaks both Spanish and French and is involved in the community as a volunteer in the Worcester Public Schools.
